Q. What happens if I reinstall
my operating system?
A. When you originally installed Quick
Heal you would have used a serial number to activate the
software. You will need to send us an e-mail with this serial
number to support@quickheal.com and let us know you
have reinstalled the operating system. If you have your
activation code please send this as well.

Why register the software?

Registering the software enables you to 12months of free updates
and the latest virus alerts. You must register the software
to use it

many machines can I install the software on?
A. Currently the licence only covers
one machine per one licence. If you wish to use the software
on a new machine or change machines in which you currently have
Quick Heal installed you will need to send us a email requesting
reactivation.

What happens when my subscription runs out?
A. You have two options here, either
you purchase another 12 months licence from a registered
Quick Heal dealer or you can purchase an additional 12
months online or you can now renew for 3 years after
only paying for 2 years.
